Tour Plan
Your adventure begins with an early morning transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport. From there, you'll board a scheduled flight that will whisk you away to Mikumi. Upon arrival, a private safari vehicle and expert guide will be ready to welcome you. You'll then embark on a customised game drive, designed to maximise your wildlife encounters and allow you to explore Mikumi’s diverse landscapes at your own pace. Keep your eyes peeled for lions, elephants, buffaloes, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, and more.
As midday approaches, you'll savour a bush lunch within the park's boundaries. As you relax and soak in the natural surroundings, your guide will share insights about the ecosystem and animal behaviours. Your private safari continues after lunch, taking advantage of the golden light and quieter park conditions. The route will be tailored based on sightings and your interests. Finally, you'll return to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, where a transfer will take you back to your hotel.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour or transfer date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- Any changes to bookings must be communicated in advance.
Advance Reservation
- To guarantee your spot, especially during peak tourist seasons, we strongly recommend booking your tour in advance.
- Early booking helps you avoid last-minute stress and ensures your reservation is secured
How To Pay
- A 40% deposit is required to confirm your tour booking. The remaining 80% balance can be paid in cash at your hotel one day after arrival.
- I will personally meet you at the hotel reception to give a short briefing about our tours.
- After the briefing, you can pay the remaining balance in full, and I will write a receipt for your booking.
- If you prefer to pay by credit card, a 5% transaction fee will apply.
