Uzi Island is a hidden gem in the south of Zanzibar, offering a truly authentic eco-tourism experience far from the crowds. Known for its vast mangrove forests, rich marine ecosystem, and traditional Swahili culture, the island provides a rare glimpse into Zanzibar’s untouched natural and cultural heritage.
The island is connected to Unguja (the main island of Zanzibar) by a unique 2 km coral rock causeway locally known as “Moses Road.” This road is only accessible during low tide and passes through dense mangrove forests, creating a scenic and memorable journey. At high tide, access is possible only by boat, adding to the adventure and exclusivity of the experience.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour or transfer date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the service will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
- In case of bad weather or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a free rescheduling of the service.
- Any changes to bookings must be communicated in advance.

- Early booking helps you avoid last-minute stress and ensures your reservation is secured
How To Pay
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm your tour booking. The remaining 80% balance can be paid in cash at your hotel one day after arrival.
- I will personally meet you at the hotel reception to give a short briefing about our tours.
- After the briefing, you can pay the remaining balance in full, and I will write a receipt for your booking.
- If you prefer to pay by credit card, a 5% transaction fee will apply.
